Introduction: Durban Poison Feminized is an easy to grow, sativa dominant, tall plant that was created by crossing South African and Dutch genetics. Huge leaves with long tight buds that flower in 8-9 weeks with a sweet earthy flavour with hints of anise, with a soaring, powerful trippy effect.

Genetics: She was created after taking the South African landrace Durban and crossing it with our fastest flowering Skunk. The result is a hybrid that expresses more sativa dominance, however with a much shorter flowering time of 9 weeks maximum. We were able to enhance the best of both parents and create the ultimate hybrid.

Strain Characteristics: This lady likes to grow tall, with very large fan leaves that grow with long serrated fingers and thin woody branching. Despite her sativa heritage and her desire to be naturally tall, she is easy to grow and is well recommended to beginner growers who want to try a sativa dominant hybrid that is not too demanding time or skill wise.

THC levels will hit the 15% mark and flowering time will range from 8-9 weeks depending on phenotype, meaning Durban Poison Feminized is fast flowering cultivar ideal for commercial growers. Yields of 450 g/m² can be expected and when blooming, her resin coated buds will become compact, elongated and fill every branch from head to toe. Her terpene profile is a mixture of fruity and floral and can be described as earthy with a hint of anise.

Experiencing this strain: The effects of this strain are immediate, long lasting with a trippy cerebral edge. She will kick start the mind and have it racing in all directions, allowing intense levels of focus, motivation, energy with a major creative influence. Smoking Durban Poison Feminized as your morning joint will stimulate the mind into a state of blissful euphoria followed by a soaring fast paced trippiness.

This girl is well suited for social scenarios, expressing deep thoughts, philosophising, long walks, preparing for exercise or a busy work day. Her flavour is unique and a blend of sweet earthy with anise.

Medical patients may find this hybrid useful for increasing energy levels, improving focus and clarity, increased motivation, feelings of depression, nausea and sickness and an increased appetite.

What makes this strain so great: Durban Poison Feminized is a fast flowering sativa variety that is easy to grow, without the long winded flowering period associated with sativas. Delicious flavours and a big yielding strain make her perfect for beginners and commercial growers.
